I limit my
legal practice to the following areas:
Personal Injury
I represent individuals who have been injured because of the
negligence or fault of other persons, firms or corporations,
including situations where people are injured because of a defective
product or a failure to warn of a dangerous condition.
Medical Malpractice
I represent patients and their families who have been injured
or killed because of the negligence of doctors, hospitals, nurses, pharmacists,
or other health care providers.
Wrongful Death
I represent the surviving spouses, children and parents of
individuals who have died because of the negligence of corporations,
doctors, hospitals or others. I seek fair and full compensation
for all losses suffered by these families.
Automobile Accidents
I represent individuals and their survivors as a result of
serious injuries or death from automobile accidents.
Workers' Compensation
I represent employees who have been injured as a result of
an accident or an occupational disease in the course of their
employment. Under the workers' compensation laws, injured employees
are entitled to medical care, weekly benefits and a settlement
payment for permanent disability.
