People who have been injured by the fault of another should receive full, fair and just payment for their injuries.

The families of those who are killed because of the negligence of a company, doctor or other party should be compensated for all their losses.

Doctors, lawyers, corporations, businesses and others should be held responsible for their conduct, and if they cause damage or injury due to their fault, they should pay promptly and fairly for the losses they have caused.

The practice of law is a profession, not a business. As a lawyer I have a responsibility to do the right thing, follow the ethical rules of my profession and fight as hard as I can for my clients in every case.

The American jury system is the safeguard of our right to justice. The individual should have the same access to our system of justice and the same caliber of legal representation as the largest corporation, regardless of that individual's race, sex, age, religion or disability.
